]]> Being a film director is one of the last places a persona can still exercise that inner desire to be a dictator. That’s the idea behind this campaign for The Smalls. That great directors are great dictators, megalomaniacs if you like. The design was meant to drive you mad if you stared at it for too long, thereby giving you an insight into the feelings that drive directors to create great art.

]]> Nobody wanted this brief at the agency but I’d studied Sociology for a bit at University so I put my hand up. I spent a lot of time with different metal health teams around London and the South East and wrote and designed this campaign. It won loads of awards but I was most proud to win a Silver Pencil for my copywriting. The ads were also used as part of the English coursework for the national school curriculum.
