The Sun

This was a poster done for The Sun that ended up being the front cover of the newspaper. I like Gordon Brown and loath The Sun and what it stands for but I at the same time I always read it and was really pleased to have got the headline. The poster and the front page got a lot of coverage on the media and there’s a film loaded here that the agency made as a new business case study that shows how well we managed to amplify its effect. It even made Gordon Brown laugh.

Citroen dancing Robot

Directed by Neil Bloomkamp whose test for District Nine I’d seen at the Cannes New Director’s showcase this spot was the most viewed ad on the internet in the year it came out. Originally just shot for the UK it ended up running in every market where Citroen sold cars. Won every major prize around the world but only got a bronze at Cannes. Luckily the Robot didn’t care.

Coca Cola Laughter

This ad was created for Coca Cola whilst working in Istanbul. I saw something on Vimeo about the laughter clubs of Mumbai and how they created different kinds of laughter and felt it would fit in perfectly with Coke’s positioning. Our wonderful client Didem felt the same and we went to Mumbai to shoot this cinema spot and activation film in January 2012.

Vestiaire Collective

Created, produced and directed the first spot for Vestiaire Collective. On air from November 2014 it introduces the leading French fashion social shopping site for curated pre-owned premium and luxury products to a wider European audience. The strategic insight around the target audience’s addiction to fashion has been expanded into a fully integrated social campaign.

Shot the spot with the amazing Derya Tuzluca and her company Istanbuldogz. I love Istanbul. In my blog you can find a short making of film.
